Stores that do not match
Sites buy locally when stock runs out and the range drifts. One specification held on file keeps every store on the same piece.
Coffee groups and franchise networks are what we build for. A mug programme is not one order, it is a standard that has to survive service, roll out across sites and repeat cleanly on reorder. That is the part we take responsibility for.
Sites buy locally when stock runs out and the range drifts. One specification held on file keeps every store on the same piece.
Porous bodies stain, printed marks fade in a commercial wash. We choose the body and the marking method around service, not around a photograph.
Importers sell what they already make. We develop the shape with you, so your mug is not on a competitor's counter next season.
The core piece, specified for daily service and reordered to the same standard year after year.
Matched smaller capacities so the service range reads as one family across the menu.
Steel, glass and ceramic reusables matched to the in store range for customers who leave with a cup.
A version customers can buy, packed in branded boxes and priced as a product rather than a giveaway.
Launch, seasonal and anniversary pieces produced alongside the core range, in special runs.
Specification, tooling and artwork held on file, so the next run matches the first and moves faster.
We make mugs to the standard of something you would use, not something you would hand out. The same piece in every store, and the same piece again when you reorder.
Bodies are vitrified, so they will not stain, absorb odours or take on water. Marks are chosen for the wash cycle they will live in. Ceramic and glass are dishwasher and microwave safe, and steel is food safe.
Discovery first: your brand, your sites, and what the range has to do in service and on the shelf. Then design, then real samples in your hands. You approve shape and material before colour, glaze and mark placement. Sample rounds are as many as you want, each quoted before we start it.
Production runs at scale with the right factory for each material, inspected against your specification before packing. We can kit pieces into branded boxes, then ship to one address or dispatch to a list of stores.
Our office is in South Africa and we produce with specialist factories in South East Asia selected for each material. Custom designs typically start around 3 000 units per design, which suits a group roll-out rather than a single site. Tell us the volume you have in mind and we will tell you honestly whether it works.
